Shipping policy

Choose your preferred method of receiving your goods. Local and Durban deliveries will be arranged through email or WhatsApp, so please ensure you add your contact details. Allow 3-5 working days.

For our national shipping, we use the Courier Guy. Please allow 2-3 working days for mains areas and 3-5 working days for regional areas.

Mellow Nello will not be held responsible for the loss of goods, meaning if our shipping company has confirmed that goods have been delivered , we don't have the capacity as a small business to send a replacement package if there is debate over receipt of goods.
