THE STORY
On Sunday afternoons at Kaya Shala Yoga, we have a class called Soulful Sunday Sadhana. After class we all pull cards and share tea, I made this blend intentionally for that ritual.
THE RITUAL
Whenever you feel disregulated within your nervous system. Whenever you experience some sort of anxiety or as a ritual before bed. Brew this tea. Roughly 2 tsp in hot water, allow it to infuse for 10-15 minutes while you do some deep breathing. Strain the tea leaves and sip slowly.

Chamomile flowers, Lemon Balm Leaves, Lavender Buds
