Awaken ~ Natural Soap Bar

This hand-made, natural soap bar is scented with an energizing and awakening essential oil blend and speckled with zero-waste soap shavings. This soap is ideal for a solid purifying wash after a grubby day of work, perfect for after the kiddos have been playing in the yard, or to begin the day with a fresh feeling and some cedarwood lingering to ward off the mozzies.

The essential oil blend is composed of Sweet Birch, Lemongrass and Cedar-wood.

• Sweet Birch has natural anti fungal properties, protecting the skin from infection. It also has properties that work to tighten the pores, reducing the appearance of wrinkles. 
  
• Lemongrass is known for its invigorating and and purifying properties. The antioxidants in lemongrass are amazing for keeping your skin feeling fresh, new and revitalized. 
• Cedar-wood essential oil is a natural anti-septic, meaning great for cuts, wounds and acne. It also has anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties. It's also known to keep those pesky insects away, great for summer woes. 

When grooming the soap to prepare it for labelling, we bevel the sides of the soap to ensure a smooth wash. This creates little soap shavings which look a lot like confetti. This soap is made with those soap shavings from all of the bevelling we do. This is one of the ways we minimize waste at Ritual Natural Soap Company.
