Our skin is our biggest organ and absorbs everything. When I look at the ingredients that most body oils in the shops contain, I see sunflower oil, canola oil and grape-seed oil. These seed oils, high in Omega-6 fats, can contribute to inflammation and chronic disease. So why would skinCARE companies use them? Simple. They are hands down the cheapest oils.

It was so important for me to choose nourishing oils that would promote our health and healing. Enter sweet almond oil, avocado oil and jojoba oil with a hint of vitamin E. All deeply nourishing and revitalizing oils for your skin.
